Falcon Capital Advisors is pleased to announce the addition of Robert Gaither to their consulting team. Mr. Gaither has over 40 years of mortgage banking experience in strategic planning, secondary marketing, hedging, trading, relationship management, product development, MSR acquisitions, and retail and correspondent lending. Prior to joining Falcon Capital Advisors, he was the Investor and Counterparty Relations Executive at PNC Mortgage and part of the executive leadership team. Mr. Gaither has held numerous senior level positions at Bank of America, United Guaranty Mortgage Insurance Company, and First Union/Wachovia Mortgage. Mr. Gaither has served on the Mortgage Bankers Association Board of Directors and the Residential Board of Governors. He previously served as Chairman of the Capital Markets Committee for the Mortgage Bankers Association. Mr. Gaither also serves on the Advisory Boards for the Housing Policy Council, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia.

Armando Falcon is appointed to the Board of Directors of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).
At the 2015 National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Housing Policy & Hispanic Lending Conference, Armando Falcon moderates the NAHREP Hispanic Wealth Project Town Hall - The Path to a 50% Hispanic Homeownership Rate. Panelists, composed of industry leaders, discuss the framework to the Hispanic Wealth Project as well as suggested actions needed by companies within the industry to contribute to achieving the goals to triple Hispanic household wealth in the next 10 years and to achieve a fifty-percent Hispanic homeownership rate by 2024.
Armando Falcon participated in the ABS Vegas 2015 conference as a member of the panel entitled GSE Reform: Legislative Proposals from Capitol Hill. The session focused on key material issues that arise when considering how to reform federal housing finance policy and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Risk sharing, systemic risk, guarantee fee structuring and pricing, preservation of the TBA market, transition management, and other issues.
Falcon Capital Advisors is awarded the National Credit Union Administration's contract to assist the NCUA in accomplishing its consumer compliance policy and outreach tasks including, fair lending examinations, consumer compliance policy and program review, financial literacy program review, and consumer protection and compliance issues assessment. As the Prime Contractor, Falcon Capital Advisors will be responsible for writing supervisory documents and developing training resources for credit unions, and developing financial literacy aids for consumers on new regulation promulgated under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
Armando Falcon is appointed to the Board of Directors of the New York based company, American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC. Mr. Falcon serves as Chair of the Compliance and Risk Committee.
