Cindy Joseph is a strategic Human Resources leader with over fifteen years of experience in both operational and strategic HR practices and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for Falcon Capital Advisors. Her areas of expertise include workforce and strategic planning, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, training and development, employee and labor relations, total rewards, organizational design, policy design, and change management.

Prior to joining Falcon, Ms. Joseph served as the Human Resources Manager for ABM Industries at the International Monetary Fund and earned her Bachelor of Arts from George Mason University.
