Glenn Ervin, PMP, ITIL, SMC, is a Director at Falcon Capital Advisors and has an extensive background in delivering large-scale technology solutions for the financial services industry.  Since joining Falcon in 2022, Mr. Ervin has led Falcon’s HUD Asset Sale engagement.

Mr. Ervin has led several enterprises and large-scale programs within the banking industry and the secondary mortgage market.  Some programs include Core Banking system replacements, Unified Communications implementations, Electronic Payments redesign, Mortgage-Backed Securitization system redesign, and Trading systems replacements.  Mr. Ervin also has extensive experience with creating strategic plans and roadmaps.

Before joining Falcon, Mr. Ervin held consultant positions at USAA and Valley National Bank.

Mr. Ervin has a BS in Business Information Systems from Virginia State University. He also holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master (SMC), and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).  Mr. Ervin is also a graduate of the Society for Information Management Leadership Form.
