Jim Voth has over 20 years of experience leading strategic initiatives within the financial services and technology sectors. He serves as a Managing Director at Falcon Capital Advisors driving client delivery for engagements with their housing finance customers.
Jim has held various senior level roles at consulting firms serving the GSEs, the SEC, and various banking clients with a primary focus on digital transformation and strategy, including the modernization of clients’ internal systems and processes. He also spearheaded various initiatives at the GSEs to enhance securities operations governance and oversight. Prior to serving in these roles, Voth served as a Director of New Business Initiatives at Freddie Mac where he launched and led some of the initial efforts by the GSEs and FinTechs to create a fully electronic mortgage and drove the go-to-market strategy for Freddie Mac’s Loan Prospector tools.
Voth holds an MBA from The College of William and Mary, a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Rochester and maintains a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
