Natisha Dawson is a senior executive with extensive experience in finance leadership with proven management and leadership expertise.  Ms. Dawson serves as the Director of Finance at Falcon Capital Advisors.  Ms. Dawson has excelled in multiple roles within the finance function and is a highly practiced P&L manager.  She has demonstrated proven success as a leader in increasing productivity, and setting internal controls, and has been a contributing member of a positive, results-oriented culture throughout her career.

Ms. Dawson has worked in various industries with company revenues ranging from $3 to $100 million.  Prior to joining Falcon, she was the CFO at The Griffin Way, LLC and Vice President of Finance at Porter Novelli, Inc., a global marketing, public relations, and communications firm.  Ms. Dawson attained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Westfield State College and holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
